This 6,500 sqft recently updated open floor plan home with the lake and mountain views is perfect for any large family reunion, corporate retreat, or a small celebration. It has beds for 24 people and plenty of seating and dining areas as well as outdoor space for everyone in your group. You'll never get tired of the views of beautiful Scotts Flat lake and the enchanting forest around you. There are multiple game tables, a fire pit, a large Hot tub, and a large deck with a grill to keep you entertained for days. Access to the lake is only 5 minute drive and the popular Nevada city downtown with amazing restaurants and shopping is just a short 10 minute drive.

Loft area off the living room with Lakeview with office, lounge, or yoga space
There are 6.5 bathrooms, 4.5 on the main level and 2 downstairs in each area
Hot tub access is off the downstairs game room area with an attached full bath
HOUSE RULES
- No smoking
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- If evidence of partying is found at this property, guests will be subject to a $500 post-stay fine
- Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a penalty of $50 per person per night. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy (24 guests)
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Up to two pets are allowed at this property but you must enter it in your reservation. Please know that there is a $100 per pet fee for the entire stay. If you didn't pay the pet fee during the reservation you will be asked to pay during your stay.

- Due to high fire hazards, the use of the outdoor wood burning fire pit is not allowed between May-October. Please check with the host if you have any questions.

- If you are traveling in the area during winter, BE PREPARED for potential snowy conditions. Guest fully understands and accepts responsibility for vehicular preparation for winter conditions.
- If you need to check in early or check out late, we suggest booking an additional night on the front end or back end of your stay.
